How Tax is Calculated

The amount of tax charged depends on many factors, including the destination of the shipment and the type of item purchased. All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 6%, where applicable. In addition, the following Provincial Sales Tax* (PST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) might apply, depending on the item and the destination of the shipment:

• Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland: HST at 15% (including GST portion)
• Prince Edward Island: PST at 10%
• Quebec: Quebec Sales Tax (QST) at 7.5%
• Ontario: PST at 8%
• Manitoba: PST at 7%
• Saskatchewan: PST at 7%
• Alberta: no PST
• British Columbia: PST at 7%

Steadymate charges the applicable Federal and Provincial taxes based upon the destination of each order.

* Please note that the Provincial Sales Tax is subject to change and will be updated accordingly for orders placed.

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer Ground and Air with every order, Monday through Friday. Orders are placed after 6pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be Scheduled for delivery the following business day.

A contact person must be available to accept the delivery between the hours of 9am and 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
