Placing Products in Your Cart

To purchase a product, you must be on the item's product overview page or it's detail page – there should be both a picture of the item and detailed specifications. Some products, such as spare parts or accessories, are exceptions to this rule, and may be purchased from either product listing or product detail pages.

Step 1: Add to Cart

After you have viewed and are satisfied with your product, you may click on the "Add to Cart" button

You will be transferred to the cart listing page, otherwise known as your "Shopping Cart" to view your selection.

Proceeding to Checkout

Step 1: View Your Shopping Cart

When you are done shopping, you must proceed to checkout via your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at anytime by doing the following:

• On the upper right-hand side of any page, below the greeting, click on the “Shopping Cart:(?)”link. Whereby the question mark will be the number of items in your cart
• If you have just clicked on the "Add to Cart" button you will also be transferred to your cart. If there are no more products you wish to purchase, you can proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout

Once you reach your shopping cart, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Checkout Procedure

Step 1: Ensure You are Logged in

For a speedy checkout, ensure that you have registered with us and are logged in. If you haven't already logged in, you'll be directed to the user login page and prompted to enter your user ID and password. There is an option to proceed without logging in, but you will have to re-enter your billing and shipping info each time.

Step 2: Enter or Confirm Your Billing Addresses and Delivery Address

Please enter or review your addresses and make any necessary edits.

Step 3: Choose your Shipping Method

select the shipping method in which you prefer to have your products shipped. Additionally, please include any special instructions for delivery.

Step 4: Review the Order Summary

If you are happy with your order, review the delivery and billing addresses for accuracy and enter your payment information.

Step 5: Enter your Credit Card Information

Enter your Mastercard or Visa credit card number and expiration date and click the "Process Payment" button.

Step 4: Order Confirmation

An order confirmation page will appear and thank you for your order. You will receive an order notification at the email address you supplied containing your order details and an order ID.

A shipping notification email will arrive in your in-box within 24 hours.
